Hi, my name is Austin Tapper, and I am the owner and operator of Backyard Blaster Battles. I always loved playing with Nerf Blasters as a kid, and as I got older, I discovered competitive paintball, which led me to spend every weekend on the field with my friends. Paintball created great memories and taught me teamwork, collaboration, strategy, and so much more. After I became a father, I couldn’t wait until my son was old enough to introduce him to the sport I loved so much growing up.

After attending a few birthday parties with my 5-year-old, I realized that a majority of the parties were the same. They are either at trampoline parks that increase a parent’s anxiety or at a home where the host/hostess rents a bounce house which is fun for about 10 min.

I set out to create something that kids and parents could participate in to make the party fun for everyone. I decided to combine Nerf and competitive paintball to create Backyard Blaster Battles.

Backyard Blaster Battles is a mobile Nerf delivery service where we supply all of the gear you need to host epic Nerf battles right in your backyard, wherever that might be.
